The Joint Programming Initiative on Cultural Heritage and Global Change (JPI CH) is glad to announce its major dissemination event taking place on 26-27 November 2025 at the Château de Versailles, France.

This two-day hybrid conference will unveil the anticipated results of 22 international research projects funded under three of our recent calls:

  • Conservation, Protection and Use (CPU, 2019);
  • Cultural Heritage, Identities & Perspectives (CHIP, 2020);
  • Cultural Heritage, Society and Ethics (CHSE, 2022).

The event will feature five dynamic and cross-cutting thematic sessions designed to spark conversation and collaboration:

  1. Digital Innovations & New Methodologies in Heritage Research & Protection
  2. Heritage Under Pressure: Environmental Change, Risk, and Material Resilience
  3. Co-creating Heritage: Community Engagement, Identity, and Sustainable Futures
  4. Reinterpreting Pasts, Shaping Futures: Narratives, Ethics, and Social Justice in Heritage
  5. Heritage in Context: Landscapes, Integrated Management, and Socio-Economic Dimensions
